Meet the Denton Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Denton
We’re a small crew, and that’s on purpose. Every technician who pulls up to a house in Denton, Corinth, or Sanger has trained on the same bench, carries the same torque wrench spec sheet, and answers to the same person you talk to on the phone. No subcontractors, no rotating cast. Since 2015, Marcus has hired slowly and fired fast, which is why the four people below are still here. They’ve seen the weird stuff. They’ve fixed the weird stuff. And they all work under the same written standard.
Our People
Marcus Deller – Owner and Lead Technician
Marcus started Servo Garage Doors Denton in 2015 after spending eight years working for larger door companies where he kept seeing the same pattern: techs pushed to sell replacements instead of repair, invoices that changed between the phone call and the driveway. He built Servo as the opposite. Marcus still runs service calls most weeks, which means when you book a repair, there’s a real chance the guy who owns the company is the one checking your torsion spring. He’s certified on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems and has rebuilt more Wayne Dalton torque-master setups than he cares to count. When he’s not working, he’s usually rebuilding a 1987 BMW motorcycle in his garage, slowly.
Daniel R. – Senior Installer
Daniel has been with Servo since 2017, and before that he spent six years doing residential framing in the Denton area, which gave him the rough-in skills most door installers never get. He leads our new-install jobs: full door replacements, track conversions, and any job where the opening itself needs correction before a new door goes in. Daniel is the guy who spots a sagging header or a misaligned rough opening before the old door ever comes off the track. He specializes in Clopay and Amarr product lines and keeps the install calendar honest by refusing to rush a job that needs an extra hour. When he’s not running a level across a header, he coaches his daughter’s youth soccer team in Corinth.
Emily S. – Service Coordinator
Emily is the voice on the phone, and she’s been with Servo since 2018. She came from a parts-counter background at an auto shop, so she’s used to people calling in stressed about a machine they can’t use and can’t see. Her job is to get the details down, find the next open slot without promising one that doesn’t exist, and make sure every job has a written scope before a truck moves. Emily is also the one who sends the on-the-way text with the technician’s name, so you know exactly who’s pulling up. She keeps the photo record archive organized and chases down warranty paperwork so customers never have to. On weekends, she camps at Ray Roberts Lake State Park and claims to have seen every trail there.
Luis M. – Service Technician
Luis joined us in 2021 as our apprentice and earned his own truck in 2023. Before doors, he worked in commercial HVAC, which turned out to be useful training for the part of the job dealing with springs under tension: respect the load or get hurt. Luis handles emergency calls, opener diagnostics, and cable jobs across Denton, and he’s the fastest at bench-testing a logic board while the customer watches. He carries parts for all eight brands we service, and he’s the reason our emergency response times lean shorter than the industry average. Luis is a father of two and cooks a brisket every Sunday whether the weather cooperates or not.
One Standard, Every Job

The four of us don’t work off habit. We work off a written standard, and that’s the difference. Every job gets a flat, written price before any work starts, because Clause 1 of The Haven Standard says the customer sees the scope before the tools come out. Every visit ends with a documented photo record of what we found and what we did, because Clause 4 exists for exactly that reason. And every repair carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise, which means if we miss something, we come back and make it right. It’s not a handshake. It’s a document your technician works under, and it traces back to a rule Marcus wrote down in 2015 before the first truck ever left the driveway.
